August 25, 1953 – July 20, 2023
Glenn A. Kuchenbecker, 69, Morrison, passed away peacefully surrounded by his children on Thursday, July 20, 2023. He was born August 25, 1953, to the late Marvin and Arvilla (Loppnow) Kuchenbecker.
On September 10, 1976, he was united in marriage to Sue Dobberpuhl.
Glenn farmed most of his career, as well as working for Brillion Iron Works. An avid outdoorsman, Glen enjoyed hunting. His favorite thing though, was having his children and grandchildren by his side.
He is survived by his children; Christopher Kuchenbecker, Jason (Colleen) Kuchenbecker, and Melissa (Kyle) Scray. Five grandchildren; Owen, Jana, Grace, McKayla, and Hunter. His siblings; Janice Kuchenbecker, Diane (Darrell) Suchomel, Mark (Brenda) Kuchenbecker, and John Kuchenbecker.
Glenn's mother-in-law Marilyn Dobberpuhl and her children survive; Debbie (Steve) DeMerritt, Jim (Connie) Dobberpuhl, Lynn (Mike) Boehm, Brian (Connie) Dobberpuhl, as well as his wonderful neighbors and numerous nieces and nephews.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Sue, father-in-law Fritz Dobberpuhl, and nephew Dylan Dobberpuhl.
Friends may call Immanuel Lutheran Church, Shirley from 12:00PM Saturday, July 29, 2023, until time of service at 2:00PM with Pastor David Ruddat officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated to Immanuel Lutheran in Glenn's name.
Special thanks to Dad's family, friends, and neighbors, as well as the I.C.U. nursing staff at Aurora Hospital.
